Cancelation Participant
Cancellation must be send to the symposium secretariat in writing by e-mail:info@gornoe-delo.ru For cancellation received before August 31st, 2011 no participation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, it is possible to send a substitute delegate.
